What is the Pilot Programme?
The Equatize Pilot Programme is a structured, time-bound initiative designed to work collaboratively with a small number of franchise networks.
The programme focuses on building consistent, comparable frameworks for evaluating franchise network performance, enabling more transparent benchmarking and improved capital readiness over time.
Qualifying participants may receive priority consideration for future access to Equatize’s FutureFlow product range, subject to internal review and applicable terms.
The pilot focuses on:
Performance data normalisation
Network-level benchmarking
Valuation logic and reporting design
The programme is intentionally exploratory and designed to be low lift with no commercial obligation during the pilot phase.

Pilot eligibility criteria
Franchise brands with 5 or more operating locations
Ability to share aggregated or anonymised performance data
Established operating track record with consistent reporting practices
Interest in strengthening capital readiness and benchmarking insights
Willingness to collaborate on an exploratory, non-commercial pilot
